1. I hear this thing called "raptor farming" what is it?
2. Am I the only one who rep point farms? Me and my friends were running an area and I stopped to get all the sun spear rep point booseters and my friends all laughed and said that NO one rep point farms cause its pointless.

is it?

I spend the majority of my game time rep point farming.

raptor farming is the best farm for #of foes per hour... since most raptor farms take less than 2 mins and you kill 33 raptor nestlings plus an assassin boss.

Yes people do still rep point farm just most farm for the SS/LB titles in Wurms outside Remains of Sahlaja... and those titles are probably the easiest to max

I have all the games plus the trillogy (yay mox!!) but I mean I was just wondering if I am the only one who psends countless hours doing runs for the points of rep.

Jaga Moraine Vaetirrs with the shadowbomber has a better kill rate per hour.

its 60 HM foes in 2 mins zone and repeat.

It makes sense to max titles in 2 cases:

A- you actually use the skills that go along with them

B- your trying to max out your HoH

If your doing it just because you feel obligated, don't bother.

thats pretty irrelevant to this thread and there are plenty of raptor farming builds that take less than 1 min. but there are also many that take upwards of 5 mins.

as far as raptors still being very profitable.. not really unless we have holiday drops, but u do get a good number of golds which can pretty easily be sold 7=5k plus any lockpicks or dyes you get

If you say so but as for drops raptor cave drops are crap golds are always the same they never change you get the same swords, axes, and bows all the time.

Ill still to my jaga moraine 3-5 golds a run + holiday items, glacial stones, mes tomes. Glacial stones sell for 100g/stone so thats money there, holiday times sell for the normal prices 250-300g each, golds if you dont id them 7=5k, and mesmer tomes are another good 300-500g each. Im pretty contempt with my 40 gold items per hour or so which isnt even close to what comes out of the raptor cave. If you want a large sum of items out of raptors you need the so called leechers, and with that comes the retards that can zone when you get good drops, actually come into range and still drops from you etc. raptors have become obsolete imo but alot still have the mind frame that they are the best farm ever because it became highly popular over a short period of time as it was previously posted the real reason anyone ever did the raptors was do to Elemental blades droping and they where still a decent price to sell funding a set of FoW armor from Elemental swords now that Q9 Elementals have tanked to 5-10k each its not worth the time or effort to attempt them.

still very irrelevant to this thread..the OP was asking "what is raptor farming?" NO ONE ever said raptors were still profitable. also i have not seen any hard evidence that leechers increase drops rates..the few times i have taken leechers i get the same number of drops.
